‘Helping leaseholders to help themselves’


The HLA promotes the welfare of and provides a voice for all leaseholders in Haringey. All leaseholders who lease their property from Haringey are members of the HLA. Expanding the services we offer to include an advice centre will involve a real cost and we need funds before we can set them up. We are therefore looking to those who want access to these to subscribe to us and pay a contribution. The suggested minimum rate is £20 per year.


You can subscribe by:

1. Annual Standing Order - £20 per year- click here to download Standing Order Form.
Please print, complete and return to ‘HLA Subscriptions, P.O. Box 55222, Wood Green, London N22 9BQ'

2. Bank Transfer – sort code 40-06-20 account 91489577 payable to ‘Haringey Leaseholders Association’. In order to ensure we can attribute your payment to your leasehold property please ask your bank to include a reference of ‘your surname and initial, house number and postcode’ ie ‘Smith A 13 N15 7BB’ so we can identify you.

3. Cheque - make £20 payable to ‘Haringey Leaseholders Association’ and post to ‘HLA Subscriptions, P.O. Box 55222, Wood Green, london N22 9BQ’ together with your contact details and leasehold property address.

4. Voluntary Donations– see 2 and 3

Subscription with the HLA is open to all leaseholders of The London Borough of Haringey who lease their property from Haringey Council and members of their households. A single subscription covers all members at the same address.
